📦 Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided:

• Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
• Tags and labels are still attached
• A valid proof of purchase is included (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note: Items that appear worn, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for return.

🔄 Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please email us at Happyforyoultd@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

💰 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or faulty item).

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

2. We’ll provide return instructions and our return address.
3. Package your item securely and post it to us.
4. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
